I have a transportable kitchen that I can "pop-up" almost anywhere. It includes a grill with 5 burners as well as a searing station; a 6 burner stove with griddle; a prep-table; and additional elements allowing me to provide lunch or dinner service for up to 20 people on location. With the Fuego Pop-up Kitchen you get restaurant-quality plates prepared and served immediately instead of the typical catered food.
